Add a logo, favicon and banner - #9

The mark is a crescent moon cut into seven lines, like lines of a file. docs/assets holds the lockup for light and dark backgrounds, a square icon, a solid-crescent favicon, and a 1280x640 banner that also fits GitHub's social preview. Every glyph is outlined, so the files do not depend on web fonts. The README opens with the banner, linked absolutely so it renders on PyPI, and the docs site uses the favicon for its tab and header.

Adds a logo for yamluna: a crescent moon cut into lines, next to the name.
docs/assetsholds the lockup for light and dark backgrounds, a square icon, a favicon with a solid crescent (the lined mark blurs below 32 px), and a 1280×640 banner. The README now opens with the banner instead of the heading and tagline, which the banner already carries, and its first sentence says how to pronounce yamluna. The docs site uses the favicon for its browser tab and header. The banner link points atmain, so it shows as broken in this PR until it is merged.
