maturin writes License-File entries for LICENSE, LICENSE-APACHE and LICENSE-MIT into PKG-INFO, but with manifest-path pointing into the workspace it leaves the files out of the archive. PyPI rejected the 0.1.0 sdist for that, after the wheels had already uploaded.

PyPI rejected the 0.1.0 sdist because it lists
LICENSE,LICENSE-APACHEandLICENSE-MITin its metadata without containing them, so 0.1.0 went out as wheels only. The three files are now force-included in the sdist through[tool.maturin] include, and the version moves to 0.1.1 (Cargo.toml,Cargo.lock, the__version__fallback) with a changelog entry. Once merged, taggingv0.1.1publishes the wheels and the sdist and creates the GitHub release.
