The README keybinding tables now match the handlers. The five keys that moved behind Ctrl in 0.1.1 are fixed, Ctrl+C is no longer described as quit, and the keys that were never listed are added: help, refresh interval, follow mode, filter reset, and adding or deleting a custom widget. The configuration table gains settings.json and stops calling the one saved filter set "presets". A test checks that every key in the ? overlay appears in the README.

Closes #27

@fedonman fedonman added this to the v0.3.0 milestone Sep 29, 2026
The tables still listed w, c, a, x and r, which moved behind Ctrl in
0.1.1, and said Ctrl+C quits on the table, where it opens the column
dialog. Fix those rows, add the keys that were never listed (help,
refresh interval, follow mode, filter reset, custom widget add and
delete), and add settings.json to the configuration table.

A test now checks that every key in the help overlay appears in the
README, so a binding that moves or is added there fails the build
until the README follows.
