Guard against unbounded disk growth (retention off by default) #6

Description

@fayerman-source

Observed during a ~24h run: with retentionDays unset, recordings accumulate with no ceiling (~75 MB/day at ~14 clips/day, so ~2 GB/month). Fine short-term with disk to spare, but a 24/7 install will eventually fill the disk silently.

Ideas:

  • Emit a one-time WARN at startup when retention is disabled, noting that clips grow without bound.
  • Add an optional size-based cap (e.g. maxTotalSizeGB) that prunes the oldest clips when the recordings directory exceeds it, independent of age-based retentionDays.
  • Consider a safer default and/or a clearer note in the README quickstart.

Observability/hardening, not a bug.
