Overview
Stops the desktop session transcript view from showing a “Finalizing transcript…” overlay once stored words are already on screen, so background finalization no longer blocks reading or scrolling the persisted transcript.
Related cleanup removes obsolete transcript finalizing UI/state wiring, including dropping an unused ready-screen flag that drove that banner behavior.
