This PR adds proofs autoformalised by @Aristotle-Harmonic.

Co-authored-by: Aristotle (Harmonic) aristotle-harmonic@harmonic.fun

Prove that the Catalan-Hankel determinant equals 1 for all matrix sizes,
eliminating the sorry in `catalan_hankel_det_general`. The proof uses a
discrete intermediate value theorem on Dyck path y-coordinates to show
that crossing paths must share a vertex, hence no non-intersecting path
tuples exist for non-identity permutations.
