Root cause

The failed Publish Image run was not introduced by #2. The immediately preceding main run failed with the same release-note error:

• after feat: support celld 0.4 #2: https://github.com/ezgamehost/celld-operator/actions/runs/33288823148

cycjimmy/semantic-release-action@v4 bundles semantic-release 24 and conventional-changelog-writer 8. The unversioned extra_plugins entry installed preset 9, which requires writer 9, so generateNotes failed before publishing v0.3.0.

Fix

Pin conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits@8.0.0, matching the writer bundled by semantic-release 24.

Verification

Ran @semantic-release/release-notes-generator@14.0.0 with preset 8 against a feature commit using writer 8; release notes generated successfully. git diff --check also passes.
