Production readiness gate — historical closure
Status: completed/superseded by released v0.11.1.
This issue was opened on 29 September 2026 while v0.10.0 was the baseline and PR #41 was still a draft. That state is no longer current.

- Secrets & Configuration Readiness Gate released as v0.11.0.
- PR DKF v0.10.1: Live UI Preview & Visual Verification #41 Live UI Preview & Token Efficiency reconciled onto the v0.11 baseline.
- Windows shell-free browser launch correction completed.
- Ownership-safe preview startup-timeout cleanup completed.
- PR DKF v0.10.1: Live UI Preview & Visual Verification #41 merged to
main. - Combined functionality released as v0.11.1 on 30 September 2026.

Work moved to current trackers
- Development Modes reconciliation and completion: Issue Development Modes — reconcile onto v0.11.1 and complete increments 001–005 #50.
- Legacy IDEA authority-hardening supersession audit: Issue IDEA authority hardening — port missing PR #35 protections to current architecture #51.
PRs #42 and #43 are retained only as historical implementation evidence and should not be merged directly onto the current architecture.
Closure
The original v0.10.1 production-readiness gate has served its purpose. Current release status and future work are now tracked against the v0.11.1 baseline.

Audit progress (29 September 2026): PR #41 now has two correction sets: shell-free Windows browser launch and ownership-safe cleanup on preview startup timeout. Final source head
27fcb861ba0cc089fe15f0f60e589454f3bc0617passed the complete Ubuntu + Windows CI run; the focused Live UI Preview suite is 15/15 on both OSes. These results do not close the private Energy Capital browser/HMR Product Owner gate or the unmerged Development Modes integration gates.
