Resolve the requested SDK target and preserve native edits, required dependencies, custom configuration, and still-needed patches. Limit clean prebuild and cache recovery to the relevant generated/project files. Retain the longer feedback footer used in the passing upload and teach its generator to preserve that form; the generic scan does not identify why this form mattered.
