Syncs the spec after exploreomni/omni#65413, which removed the unneeded V2 from the app operation IDs.

Renamed app commands. On a scratch app document (documents v2-create with app.html):

• get-app: returns the published HTML and settings
• get-main-draft-app: 404 "no main draft" before any edit; returns the draft's HTML after
• put-app-auto-draft: creates the draft and replaces the HTML
• patch-app-auto-draft: htmlEdits applied to the same draft
• put-app : replaces the HTML on a named draft
• patch-app : htmlEdits plus a settings.allowDownloads change both applied; a search that doesn't match returns 400 and nothing is applied
• get-draft-app : shows the patched HTML and settings; after v2-publish-draft, get-app shows the same
• remove-app : the draft then returns 404 "no app"; the published app is untouched
• Old names are gone: omni documents v2-get-app errors with "unknown subcommand" and a suggestion

user-attributes

• create: String attribute with a description and default_value; returns the id
• update : label and default changed; list shows the new values
• delete : returns {} and the attribute is gone from list; deleting it again returns 404 and exit code 1

users delete-email-only-bulk

• Unknown emails → {"deleted":[],"notFound":{"emails":[…]}}, exit code 0
• Unknown userIds → shows up in notFound.userIds
• {} body → 400 "At least one email or userId must be provided"
• Deleting a real email-only user: not tested. create-email-only and create-email-only-bulk return 403 "User-scoped API keys are not allowed to create email-only users", so this needs an org API key.

skills list --q. Tested against two scratch skills:

• Matches name, handle and description (revenue, quarterly, cli-sync-churn)
• Case-insensitive (REVENUE)
• Wildcards: rev% and ch_rn match
• Blank --q returns everything; nomatch returns 0
