The GHA Ubuntu-24 image includes Julia but Ubuntu-26 does not. As such, it must be set up prior to use.

If the content repo is staying on Ubuntu 24, this should stay there as well. |

I keep (endlessly) mixing up Julia and R PRs, and maybe the effect is infectious! R is staying on 24, Julia is on 26 since #1124 |

Don't bother with Python's. It's on my list - I just haven't gotten to it yet. I might wait until i move to 3.14....depends on how many bugs I find with 3.14. 😂 |
