Provide a patchfile for the installation of this extension. I've made it for my usecase where I create OCI runtime with asdf-vars and would like to be able to just patch the file instantly without messing around with sed or something similar which might break the file.
While it is true that I should put the env variables inside the container (which is the case), it'd just be easier to automatize the process of installing asdf-vars on remote servers.
