Make elements collapse-able

Currently all elements are always expanded. This might disturb the user from doing actual work.

• Make elements (cards) collapse-able
• Store collapse information in the selection module and add it to paths

Hey @uneatenbreakfast I am sorry there is not, as this depends on eventzimmer/schema#39

However, what you could do, is just disable the v-if stuff to get started, which will be sufficient for this ticket.

Change

    <Organizer v-if="$store.getters.authenticated" />
    <div v-else-if="!rootPath()">
      <!-- Served as a intermediate so the login page will no be displayed when redirected -->
    </div>
    <Login v-else />

to

    <Organizer />

This will of course throw a warning in the Locations, Profile and Sources components, because they dependent on data to be useful. However for the scope of this ticket (collapsing) it shouldn't matter.

The information in my previous comment is now outdated. There is now a default staging environment, in which you can simply sign up with any valid email address. Hope this helps you kickstart development!
