Closes #35.

What changed

• document the new timing, trace, and workspace/code fields now written into each run summary.json
• document the repeated-run aggregate signals now shown in generated Markdown reports, including variance, stability, and order-position summaries
• tie the umbrella issue back to the merged implementation work so the richer metadata/reporting surface is understandable without reading the code
