Strategy: 1. Remove `zip`. 2. If `zip` is inevitable, add explicit length checks and return `Err` early to avoid panics. 3. If cannot return `Err`, replace `zip` with `zip_eq`.
This addresses the issue of inconsistent public inputs lengths when guessing augmented circuit configuration.
