This is just rephrasing the fluff. We don't need to mention that something is modified, we know that if we look at the section header. Much more of this can be removed. |

I think I get what you mean. Besides modified ones, I'm not sure about removing all new topics because it's at the index. I think they're the same issue but I haven't looked into this. I don't have a plan to work on this more than this PR at the moment. Feel free to close this PR at your preferences. @jtraglia |
