fixed apt-get automated config setting, uses DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive to avoid a TERM, Dialog error
Uses COPY syntax to copy files instead of fetching from a repository RUN commands changed to array syntax

Added the DEBIAN_FRONTEND environment variable, useful for automated script installs
Updated the cfengine url to use "stable" -- its what currently works
Changed the RUN to use the array syntax instead (it ises "/bin/sh -c" to fire otherwise)
also added the COPY command to copy the shipped cfengine files from the directory (this is more a personal preference, suiting my particular needs)
