Run dedup.py against a 360-image corpus (320 picsum photos plus 40 planted recompress/resize/crop/brightness variants) with dinov2-small on Apple M1 Metal: 124 s wall clock, ~335 MB peak RSS. Pair-level scoring against pixel-identical ground truth (64 clusters, 130 true pairs) shows the default 0.95 threshold is the sweet spot: precision 1.000, recall 0.977. Includes a threshold sweep table, a sanitized report screenshot, and a caveat that .webp inputs abort the run because stb_image cannot decode them.
