- updated the replacement docs URL to use e18e.dev website
- Example: https://github.com/es-tooling/module-replacements/blob/main/docs/modules/dotenv.md → https://e18e.dev/docs/replacements/dotenv.html
- (similar to fix: update replacement "Learn more" link to e18e docs npmx-dev/npmx.dev#1225 and fix: use e18e docs for replacements npmx-dev/npmx.dev#1231 🙂)
- also, changed unit tests URLs to the valid ones to make it easy to confirm the URL is constructed as expaected
