Summary
For stability with PBL schemes, we now allow for implicit diffusion of TKE. Tests showed this dramatically stabilized the column diffusion case with
MYJ.Notes
The flag for
implicit_ke_diffusionis defaulted to true but the solve is only completed if the flag is true, the implicit factor is > 0, and we are using a scheme that transports TKE.
