Installation

Dependencies

The Python project manager uv is required: see uv documentation.

Install the dependencies with:

make install

Configuration

You will also need to setup a DataSHIELD configuration. See the Configuration instructions at the DataSHIELD Python package README.

Usage

See the shortcuts in the Makefile for running the Python scripts using uv:

make run-utils
make run-summaries
