For architectures where `epicsInt64` is `long`, rather than `long long` (e.g. 64 bit Linux), cast `"%lld"` format arguments to `(long long)`.
Windows SOCKS are actually long long unsigned and may lose information when casting to int. For simplicity print all socket fds as (long long) on all architectures.
