Description of changes
Adds a new "Agentic Tools" tutorial section (
docs/tutorials/1.developers/2.agentic-tools/)covering how to connect DIAL as the model backend for five coding-agent tools:
Codex, GitHub Copilot (VS Code), Open Claw, OpenCode, and Claude Code.
