Reorganizes the repository for multiple labs; rewrites Lab 01 around the detection-versus-risk-identification distinction; renders an exact saved candidate statement in the README; documents the pinned OpenAI model and governance harness; adds an Okta System Log API connector with bounded pagination and same-origin credential protection; adds roadmap, CI badge, and connector tests. Local validation: 16 tests, saved-output evaluation, fresh-kernel notebook execution, packaging and credential scan passed.
