Flashcards retire as the learning surface. Engram becomes the illustrated Primer: story-shaped narration (the existing pipeline upgraded with beats, protagonist framing, per-beat illustrations on the char-timestamp alignment), then two-register Socratic trials whose verdicts rate FSRS. The graph + FSRS + GapAnalyzer become the spine choosing which story the book tells today. PRIMER_BRIDGE.md specifies the data contract with the CLI primer (nickmeinhold/primer), which stays as the pedagogy lab: companion graphs in Engram's exact schema + FSRS-ready review events.
