Move static lcd strings to PROGMEM to save about 550 bytes of SRAM Also clear a couple of minor compiler warnings.

Thanks for this contribution. I'll roll it into the next release of the firmware. The current software doesn't have an issue with running out of RAM, but I can see where users might modify the code and then run into memory issues. |
