fix(usmc-backend): accept usmc_* views of the shared memory schema - #3

USMC's union schema (usmc >= S1, contract v2 since S2a) keeps usmc_facts/_lessons/_working as read views over memory_*. available() only counted type='table', so the backend would silently turn off once a database is switched. Views count now. Verified: 196 passed (new union-view test fails without the fix). Prerequisite for the USMC live switch (S2b of T-20260920-823767362). After the switch, usmc_facts/_lessons/working are read views over memory*. UsmcBackend.available() queried sqlite_master with type='table' only, so USMC context injection would silently stop. Now type IN ('table','view'). New test builds a view-shaped DB and checks available() and search(); it fails without the fix. Full suite 196 passed, ruff clean.
