Update docs for redesign branch

Summary

Updates the public docs to match the getbased redesign branch before merge.

• Adds dedicated Dashboard and Recommendations guides and wires them into docs.json navigation.
• Rewrites quickstart around the first-visit empty-profile tour, guided chat handoff, redesigned dashboard, current import entry points, and new lens navigation.
• Updates import, DNA, manual entry, wearables, context cards, interpretive lens, backup/export, privacy/sync, Light, and Agent Access docs for the redesigned IA and Settings tabs.
• Normalizes stale biomarker count references to 287+ where docs describe built-in biomarkers.
