Dead zone on the right and left when using multitouch

What Happened?

Unexpected behavior :

subsist a vertical zone on the right and the left that lock the use of the pad when swiping vertically with one finger on that zone.

Details :

This zone works normally when the swipe start outside of this zone or start on the inside perfectly horizontally.

Expected behavior :

Function as the rest of the pad, moving the cursor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Went on a scrollable content
2. Swiped horizontally on the vertical scrolling zone

Expected Behavior

Move the cursor up and down
