Steps to Reproduce
Opening System Settings, Operating System
Clicked Refresh beside the Red Exclamation Pointer.
Reviewed the error that popped up.
Expected Behavior
Updates did not download or apply to the system.

8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
