Swipe to clear notifications no longer working

What Happened?

Swiping a notification toast in the popover no longer clears it.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: You should have a multi-touch trackpad input device.

1. Run notify-send foobar from Terminal
2. Wait until the notification bubble disappears
3. Open the indicator popover
4. Swipe left or right the notification toast
5. See the toast never disappears

Expected Behavior

The toast should disappear when swiping left or right.
