Badge doesn't disappear when brush icon of last remaining notification entry is clicked

What Happened?

The current daily os9 build notification indicator does not remove the badge if you click either the global clear/brush icon or the brush icons for all notification entries - it does remove the badge if you click the "clear all notifications" text button.

That is a closed/merged issue/fix - is it not yet in the OS9 daily ISO? If it's deployed this issue can be closed as a dupe.

I think this is still an issue, sorry for the mess! Things are buggy for a second but it'll be very easy to fix when I'm done here 😅

Just FYI (unless you already are aware) I observed the popup shows the various apps/categories notifications lists collapsed BUT the little triangle points downwards as if it's supposed to show the entries but it does not.

This issue of the badge not disappearing happens when the list is collapsed / not visible - if I expand the list to show the entries, then click the little brush icon, then it works as expected.
