Creates an InputSource object (like we did in Keyboard Settings) that contains all the information we need about an input source for constructing various parts of the UI. This will be especially important for moving things to a proper LayoutManager so that the display widget isn't relying on the popover widget and using list models in the popover widget.
I created an infinite loop somewhere :P
