Summary

• Bump version to 1.0.7 in package.json and manifest.json (and sync the stale package-lock.json, which was still pinned at 1.0.2).

Context

main has three changes since the v1.0.6 release that warrant a patch release:

• After merge, tag v1.0.7 on main and push the tag to trigger the Release workflow, which builds and attaches the .mcpb, .tgz tarballs, and skill zips to the GitHub release.
