Broken links for references 15 and 17

The URLs to references 15 and 17 appear broken. I think the URL strings in the bib files have additional whitespace (which manifest as the characters '%20' in the URLs in a web browser)

Thank you for opening this issue. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful at finding a simple solution for this problem. Currently the best approach is to simply copy the link into the web browser rather than clicking on the link directly. We will continue to look into a possible solution.
