T3's service now runs a standalone release binary at
<baseDir>/runtime/versions/<version>/t3, without the neighboringpackage.jsonthat t3poll requires for native npm installs. This madelist --threadsreport "No supported local T3 server found" even while the service was healthy.Recognize the service runtime directory with a matching
.install-completemarker, retaining the live-process, executable-name, data-home, and loopback-origin checks. Keep native npm package detection unchanged. The existing native auth path handles credential issuance without further changes.Validation:
npm test: 60 passed, 2 Windows-only tests skipped; TypeScript build passed.git diff --checkpassed.0.0.43-nightly.20260916.1825; the patchednode dist/cli.js list --threadsreturned 150 threads.This fixes source discovery; installed MCP processes need a release containing it.
