Option to preserve creation date?

I'm trying to compress all the videos in my phone, however the newly converted files will just have the encoding time and not the previous one, causing the arrangement to be messed up in my gallery if I transfer them back (even when zipping). Can there be an option to copy the creation / modified date from the original into the output file?

I think you need to enable the available setting for this (Keep source timestamps):

@eibol I think for Creation / Modified date can be done using another tool called EXIF MetaData tool if he already done converting so many files. But yeah "Keep source timestamps" works as intended.
