The Bazaar rail brought in @coinbase/cdp-sdk@1.55.0, whose transitive axios resolves to 1.16.0 (1 high + 1 moderate advisory, 10 alerts on the public repo). cdp-sdk's own range still permits the vulnerable version, so the fix is an overrides pin — the same one EdgeLedger already carries. axios 1.16.0 -> 1.19.0, npm audit 0 vulnerabilities, 175 tests green.

@coinbase/cdp-sdk@1.55.0, which pulls axios both directly and viaaxios-retry. cdp-sdk's own dependency range still resolves to the vulnerable 1.16.0, so bumping the SDK does not help — the fix has to be anoverridespin.
