This adds support for Genesys banlists.
When a Genesys banlist is selected in the Deck editor:
- Displays the number of points over each pointed card
- Adds a Point indicator over the Deck
- Filters out any Link, Pendulum and non-TCG cards in the search bar
- The "Link Marker" button is replaced by a "Point Filter" button, allowing user to search for cards with certain points
Allows creation of Genesys rooms:
- Added new Genesys rule (like Master Rule 2020 except no Pendulum Zone and no EMZ)
- When players host a room with a Genesys, adds a "Point" parameter
- Updated Deck validation to treat a Deck as invalid if its total points are higher than the room's allowed points (Total points count all of Main Deck, Extra Deck and Side Deck)
