Hosted assurance receipt for 6ab276342e76e869ea27c42f43aa727879c8ffb2:

  • All repository-owned and required checks passed, including Mutation (20m40s), Workflow Policy, Dependency Review, OSV, CodeQL, external zizmor, Codecov patch coverage, SBOM, audit/secret scan, compatibility, and quality gates.
  • All 15 inline security findings from earlier heads were addressed; current-head CodeQL and zizmor pass and there are no unresolved review threads.
  • The managed Code scanning AI findings dynamic run failed because GitHub selected claude-opus-4.6 and its own CAPI returned 400 The requested model is not supported. GitHub marks this run non-rerunnable. This is a hosted service configuration failure, not an actionable repository finding; no check or policy was weakened.

## Summary
- grant the workflow-policy job scoped permission to upload clean zizmor
SARIF results
- constrain vulnerable transitive development dependencies to patched
`@babel/core` and `js-yaml` versions
- refresh the lockfile using npm's audit remediation

## Validation
- `npm ci --ignore-scripts`
- `npm audit` (0 vulnerabilities)
- `npm audit signatures` (836 signatures, 171 attestations)
- `npm run ci`
- `npm run typecheck`
- `npm test` (917 passed)
- `npx prettier --check .github/workflows/security.yml package.json
package-lock.json`
- `uvx zizmor .github/workflows` (no findings)
- `git diff --check`

## Context
Follow-up to #505. The default-branch Security workflow exposed a SARIF
permission error and four fixable OSV findings that do not execute on
the pull-request event.
