Hosted evidence update: scheduled canary run https://github.com/edithatogo/substack-cli-ts/actions/runs/31330039614 failed closed because SUBSTACK_CANARY_CONTRACT_JSON and all alert-destination secrets are unset. Deterministic logic and redacted receipt upload passed. Configure the contract fixture plus one Slack/Discord/PagerDuty destination before closing this track.

    Repository implementation and archive complete.

Implementation PR #511 merged as baf51a7. Archive PR #512 merged as dc363b4.

All executable checks passed on both PRs, including mutation, compatibility matrix, CodeQL, Codecov, OSV, workflow policy, programme drift, hardening, deterministic assurance, smoke, and Node compatibility. All eight workflows on each exact merge SHA passed. No actionable review comments or unresolved threads remained.

The repository now provides a manual-only protected-environment lifecycle canary, fail-closed target and event guards, unique markers, create/reconcile/revise/unschedule/cleanup orchestration, redacted uncertain receipts, cross-platform compatibility evidence, and corrected client package manifests.

This issue remains open only for owner-gated live evidence: configure disposable-substack-canary, supply the dedicated non-production publication, reviewed lifecycle endpoint contract, and tester cookie, run the workflow manually, and retain the redacted cleanup receipt. No production-write compatibility is claimed.

Kept open by programme reconciliation. Archived implementation history remains valid; #531 now records the missing live disposable-publication verification gate.
