Done on
mastervia #561 (c14b1a7). Warranted MT and contract suites exist (test:metamorphic,test:cdc), plus DST, mutation, fuzz, and the rest oftest/testing-taxonomy.json. CI now has pinned actions, CodeQL default setup, dependency-review, and actionlint/zizmor (docs/quality-frontier.md,.github/workflows/security.yml). Remaining human leftovers (secret-scanning non-provider/validity toggles, optional Renovate dashboard) are documented exclusions, not missing suites.
