[Hono] Update `quarkus.opentelemetry.tracer.exporter.otlp.endpoint` after next Hono release

After the next Hono release (2.7.0) the quarkus.opentelemetry.tracer.exporter.otlp.endpoint has to be updated to quarkus.otel.exporter.otlp.endpoint in the Hono helpers.tpl to comply with the new Quarkus version used in the new release.
