Background (Why)
The two new packages have completed npm bootstrap and now have trusted publishers matching the existing CDB packages. The temporary token-based workflow is no longer needed.
Changes (What)
Delete the temporary bootstrap workflow. The normal release and reusable publishing workflows remain unchanged.
Verification (Testing)
Bootstrap run published
@dvcol/cdb-broker@0.0.0and@dvcol/cdb-devframe@0.0.0under the bootstrap tag. Both npm settings pages showdvcol/chrome-debugger-bridge,release.yml, environmentnpm, and publishing permission. The temporary npm token was revoked and the GitHub environment secret deleted.The diff only deletes the temporary workflow and passes whitespace checks. CI supplies full repository verification. Version 0.2.0 has not been dispatched.
