Update oag.css - Assigned headings (h1 to h3) to use the Noto Serif font - Changed headings, font sizes, colors, and adjusted the weight to 600 to better align with our branding - Adjusted the OAG colors to reflect the latest version of our branding - Added color and background-color classes to remove dependency of inline CSS - Created a customized <hr> divider line class for titles - Modified the render of Wells, Panels and Accordions/Toggle to better align with our branding (did not modify the card component to avoid conflict with already existing customizations) - Minor adjustments to border radius for labels and cards
