feature request: fast test data (config file)

Would you consider adding a small/fast test set to just make sure the wf works?

Ideally being able to invoke -profile test (grabs from conf/test.config).

I just made a new env forgot to do the pip installs but took awhile to realize after processing larger datasets. Feel free to use our Burkholderia pseudomallei MD2019a subsampled set (top 250k reads from SRR16343585) already on github or something of your own.

Great idea! I've got a test set that I use for P. aeruginosa but will update with one for B. pseudomallei. Thanks!
