[Docs] .env.example says the testnet vault has no migrate_adapter deployed #1100

Summary
.env.example still states that the live testnet vault has no migrate_adapter entry point, which is no longer true. The migration keeper documentation records the opposite.
Tasks
.env.example:45-47says "The live testnet vault still doesn't have migrate_adapter deployed (see apps/docs/operations/migration-keeper.md, [Bug] Live testnet vault predates migrate_adapter, needs redeployment #514), so the keeper can't actually migrate anything on testnet yet regardless of these."apps/docs/operations/migration-keeper.md:23-25records that [Bug] Live testnet vault predates migrate_adapter, needs redeployment #514 is closed and the vault was redeployed on 2026-09-06 withmigrate_adapterpresent and confirmed callable.- Correct the
