Thanks for adding a build.zig script! I love using enkiTS from zig 😄

I had to make some small fixes for 0.16.0 which released back in April. Figured others could use this as well so enkiTS just works with the latest zig release.

Since @Avokadoen created the zig build in #143 and I don't use zig, I'd like them to review this PR if possible. For example I'm not sure if the minimum version should be the current version or if there is a backwards compatible way of making the changes.

For the record. Glancing over, the change is looking good. I don't think there is much value in keeping the minimum to the lowest either way because users of older zig can stick to older enkits. I can do some actual testing tomorrow when I have access to a PC.
