Scale-split potential lensing, warp-after-blur, and illumination-aligned shading all killed with oracle maps + oracle fitting; diagnostics localize the residual as per-pixel rough-lobe transport (locally slope-aligned, direction organized at illumination-cell scale, globally decorrelated). Verdict: material target stays (T, σ_s); residual belongs to the learned decoder or 3D shading, not analytic tiers.
