In a multi-display environment, when a window is moved, the window size and position should automatically adjust to match the layout requirements of the target display.

1. Open a new window; it fits the monitor perfectly.
2. Use keyboard shortcuts to move windows to another monitor.
3. The window is displayed within the new screen's layout, but its size and position are inconsistent with the target display layout. Only after using the shortcut keys to move the window will its position and size be recalculated to match the target position and size.
